Résumé

L'application des membranes au domaine de l'hémodialyse et de l'oxygénation du sang implique non seulement une connaissance des propriétés physiques de ces membranes et une évaluation hémodynamique des transferts de matière, mais aussi une étude spécifique de qualification biologique du ressort de l'industriel et des équipes médicales concernées. On présente la démarche suivie pour la conception d'une membrane particulière d'hémodialyse et d'hémofiltration, et pour l'étude des transferts de matière dans le cas d'un oxygénateur à membrane plane.

Abstract

The application of membranes in the field of hemodialysis and blood oxygenation, apart from requiring an understanding of the physical properties of such membranes and a hemodynamic evaluation of the transfers of matter, also involves a specific biological qualification study of the competence of the industrialist and medical teams concerned. A description is given of the procedure followed for conceiving a special hemodialysis and hemofiltration membrane and for studying the transfer of matter in the case of a flat membrane oxygenator.
