Abstract
Theme, a specialLy designed hydrodynamic Tunnel for developing and testing new experimental methods was modified in order to perform tests on cavitation radiated noise. After hydrodynamic and acoustic qualification of the new experimental installation, tests concerning bubble cavitation on a two dimensionsion were carried out with and without nuclei seeding. Using hydrophones, acoustic signal was recorded for different values of flow velocity and foil angle of attack. These signals were analysed by FFT.
