Abstract
Fluidic oscillator : application to single-phase flows flowmetry The authors have experimentally and numerically analysed self-sustained oscillations in a cavity confined stream. They have studied the dynamics of the oscillator which is at the origin of flowmeters fluidics prototypes. They determined how to choose the frequency when the fluid velocity of the flow configuration and the geometrical characteristics of the cavity are known. They also analysed the linear and the nonlinear stability.
