Abstract
Project ALHTAÏR (Territorial Hydrological Alarm Automated by Indicator of Risk) aims to develop a distributed model rains/discharge integrating the pixelized rain radar, the hydrographic organization of the basins fixed using the M.N.T., and the capacity of infiltration of the grounds appreciated using the law of Horton, to anticipate the fast rise of water on small basins with short response time. After two years of experiments the first conclusions are the following ones : - the forecasts are good for the important floods (T > 10 years). - for the more frequent risings the results will have to be improved by a better control of the calibration of the radar images and by integration of the hypodermic flows.
