Abstract
The phenomenological presentation of a new equation system named "quasi-hydrodynamic" is exposed. Using this system the expression of the mass-flow rate of an isothermal gas flow in a plane channel is obtained. The theoretical results correspond to the experimental ones for Knudsen numbers smaller than 0.5.
