Conception d'un micro-injecteur matriciel pour la synthèse in situ d'oligonucléotides sur les puces ADN
Design and realization of an ejectors micro-array for in-situ oligonucleotide synthesis on DNA chip

In this paper, we propose a micro electro mechanical system for in situ oligonucléotides synthesis on DNA chips. This microfluidic actuator integrates, on a thin dielectric membrane (SiO2/SiN1.2), an array of individually addressable ejectors able to deliver pico liter droplets. The design of the micro injector has been deduced from FEM simulation, in order to achieve 4 000 ejectors/cm2 micro arrays. With this device ejection has been observed for 50 µm pulses and power consumption about 1.25W withoul satellite droplet.
