Influence de l'air occlus et dissous dans l'eau sur le comportement des pompes en cavitation
Effect of occluded air dissolved in water regarding the behaviour of cavitation pumps
CETIM, Nantes
Abstract
This article presents test results showing: firstly the influence of the presence of occluded air (within a volume percentage varying from 0 to 5 % on the cavitation behaviour of a NS 80 pump and this includes 3 rpm and 7 flow rate points per rpm. Secondly, the effect of the percentage of air dissolved in water concerning the cavitation behaviour of a NS 20 pump and this includes 3 rpm and 5 flow rate points per rpm.
