Abstract

The "IIBRBS", territorial public establishment, does not only ensure the management of its four sites, but is involved in a prevention-protection-information step too. The flood phenomenon requires to be well-known in order to be faced; "Les Grands lacs de Seine" make surveys to know more about this phenomenon, to improve the management of its sites and at present wish to extend this information by enhancing the level of studies and by providing a communication policy for crisis.
